Total Operations performance Inc’s solution for Denesting Wire Basket using sophisticated automation technology to separate wire baskets from the full stacks.

• As full stacks of empty baskets enter our denester, a set of cross nested baskets are separated from the bottom of the stack and enter the orientor.
• The cross nested baskets are then denested when grippers lift the top basket allowing the bottom basket to be released and cleared. The top basket is rotated into position and released behind the first basket sending a steady stream of empty baskets back to the production line.
